Future of growth paper rejected by First WID.world Conference organizers

I have been notified by the organizers of First WID.world Conference, to be held by Paris School of Economics in mid-December, that my submitted paper "The Statistician´s Guide to Utopia: The Future of Growth" has not been accepted for presentation.
