Zoosemiotics methodology chapter revised

Ive just revised a central part of my contribution to the chapter "Methodology of zoosemiotics: concepts, categorizations, models", written with with Timo Maran, Kadri Tüür, Riin Magnus, Silver Rattasepp and Nelly Mäekivi and forthcoming in Animal Umwelts in a changing world – Semiotic studies of human-animal relations. Specifically, I have rearranged the section "Elaborating umwelt theory", which sums up my work on developing Jakob von Uexküll´s Umwelt theory further. I´ve also made some minor edits in the chapter generally.
